Terms & Conditions – Map My Holidays

1. Booking and Payment Policy

  • All bookings must be made through official channels of Map My Holidays.

  • A minimum deposit (as specified at time of booking) is required to confirm your reservation.

  • Full payment must be completed at least 7 days before the travel start date.

  • Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations by Customer must be communicated in writing.

  • Refunds are processed as per the following schedule:

    • 30+ days before travel: 90% refund

    • 15–29 days: 50% refund

    • Less than 15 days: No refund

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days.

3. Changes to Booking

  • Any change request (date, name, itinerary) is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Map My Holidays reserves the right to modify or cancel any travel service if required due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Travel Documents

  • It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure all required documents (ID, passport, visa, etc.) are valid.

  • Map My Holidays is not liable for any loss due to incomplete documentation.

5. Responsibility & Liability

  • We act as a booking agent only for airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other third-party vendors.

  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, natural disasters, accidents, or other unforeseen issues.

  • Any complaints should be raised during the trip so we can attempt to resolve them.

6. Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, and emergencies.

  • Insurance is not included unless specified.

7. Conduct

  • Travelers are expected to behave respectfully. Unruly behavior may result in removal from the tour with no refund.

  • Damages to property or facilities must be paid for by the traveler.

8. Force Majeure

  • Map My Holidays shall not be held liable for any failure or delay due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).

9. Jurisdiction

  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of [Your City/State Court], India.
